Watermark Generator

Protect your images with custom text watermarks. The Watermark Generator lets you add text overlays to any image with control over opacity, rotation, size, and placement. Create single watermarks or tiled patterns that cover the entire image to discourage unauthorized use.

Features

  • Custom text watermarks with your name, brand, copyright notice, or any text you choose
  • Adjustable opacity from fully transparent to fully visible so the watermark protects without ruining the image
  • Rotation control to angle your watermark text for a more professional look
  • Tiled pattern mode that repeats the watermark across the entire image for maximum protection
  • Font size and color options to match or contrast with your image
  • Single placement mode for positioning a watermark in a specific spot such as center or corner
  • Instant download of the watermarked image in PNG format
  • Client-side processing so your images are never uploaded to any server

How to Use

  1. Upload the image you want to watermark.
  2. Enter your watermark text, such as your name, website, or a copyright symbol.
  3. Adjust the opacity, font size, color, and rotation angle to get the look you want.
  4. Choose between a single watermark or a tiled pattern that covers the full image.
  5. Preview the result and download your watermarked image.

FAQ

What is the difference between single and tiled watermark mode?

Single mode places one watermark at a specific position on the image, such as the center or a corner. Tiled mode repeats the watermark text in a diagonal grid across the entire image, making it much harder to crop out or remove.

Will the watermark degrade my image quality?

No. The watermark is rendered as a text overlay on top of your original image. The underlying image data stays at its original quality. You control how visible the watermark is through the opacity setting.

Can I use a logo image as a watermark?

This tool focuses on text-based watermarks. For image-based watermarks or logo overlays, you would need to use the Image Editor tool, which supports layering images on top of each other.
